I had a one-night stay here recently. I had a maintenance issue that needed attention. After some confusion with the front desk and staff, it was taken care of quickly. After my stay, the staff reached out to ensure the level of hospitality met my expectations. After some crossed wires in our initial communication on the night of my stay, I am immensely happy with the amount of effort Clarence put in to put any concerns I may have had at ease. If you need a place to stay at the airport, I highly recommend this location.
We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. It has an airport shuttle 2. It has a pool Well... it had a pool. They renovated recently and removed the pool, which was a problem because I'd spent the 2 hour drive telling my children to hold on because soon we'd get to go swimming. When we arrived and there was no pool there was sadness. But the staff here not only helped us swap our reservation last-minute, they even researched and found another hotel with a pool for us. I can't speak to the quality of the rooms, but I really appreciated the help!
This place was really nice. I know it's an older hotel but the best thing for me is the customer service. The staff at this hotel are top notch. I can not believe how friendly and nice they were. Keep up the good work. If we are in the area again we will def be staying here again. Also this place has a really good breakfast.
Stayed here earlier in the week. Hotel was clean and rooms were very comfortable. Service was great. The lady working the audit even offered us umbrellas if we needed them (something I need to rent from other hotels). Coffee was fresh. Experience much better than expected. A nice surprise.
Overall, good hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. A few very minor maintenance issues in the room, but nothing that affected our comfort. Breakfast was good, and decent selection. Gym is very small, but met my needs. Location is convenient to downtown, but you will need a ride to get down there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay at this location again!
Exceeded the expectations for a standard hotel. Rooms were clean and water pressure was great. The breakfast is included and had some hot items as well as a big granola bar. Clean towels and friendly staff! About 15 minutes from downtown.
Rooms clean, bathrooms are remodeled and where clean as well! Parking space big enough, breakfast was good A lot of options for dinning around
My husband and I stayed here for a night and had the best experience. The staff was so kind and accommodating and made us feel right at home. We felt so taken care of by Beatrice and Pam in the morning. They made sure we had our breakfast before our shuttle arrived to take us to the airport. Will definitely be booking again!!
